CREATE AN ACCOUNT

If this is your first time interacting with MoneyBox, the first place to go to is signup. You will need to provide your first name, last name, email address, phone number and account password. All these information must be correct, you will not be able to edit them. Using invalid information will flag you as a fraudulent user who is not fit for the Ajo savings community.

VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT

You need to verify your email by opening the link sent to your email. Also, you will verify your phone number by providing the OTP sent to your phone. Profile picture that shows your face is important, we suspend account with invalid profile picture once detected. The last part of our verification is KYC, you will need to visit a google form link and provide your means of identification i.e NIN or voters card or driver's licence. Your KYC will not be approved and your account might be suspended if your identification data is different from the information you provided on your profile.

CREATE A COHORT OR JOIN ONE

You can either create a saving group, or join an existing group. When you create a cohort, you will need to invite your friends and family to come and save a specific amount with you weekly or monthly and a member of the group will get the lump-sum of contribution weekly or monthly.

FUND YOUR COHORT AUTOMATICALLY OR MANUALLY

WITHDRAW MONEY INTO YOUR WALLET AND TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT
